The restaurant is operated by Mr. Sumrueng Meesiri, the owner, whose fascination in culinary arts and experience over 10 years in the hotel & restaurant business have made Honey Seafood Restaurant consistently popular among the island’s residents and tourists.
Equally experienced is the good soul and creative brain in Honey Seafood’s kitchen, Mrs. Siriwan, Mr. Sumrueng’s sister and executive chef. She cooks her own and very tasty style and makes sure that every plate leaving the kitchen is lovely decorated. That makes the difference to other Thai and Seafood restaurants around the island.
Mr. Sumrueng himself is a seafood specialist who has a great deal of experience in fishing. He pays attention to the seafood chosen - it must be freshly caught. Whenever possible he is out himself on the sea on his own boat to catch fresh fish for the evening’s barbecue. And of course, only the best ingredients are selected for every dish.
